Hi All,

We tracked our package using the guide in VJ on the DHL website and are just wondering if anybody has ever had this kind of experience during this process. The latest information received on the DHL site says the "Recipient refused delivery". What would make the embassy refuse a Diplomatic package from DOS? What impact those this have on our case going forward. I personally want to speculate that maybe the package may have shown signs of tampering or damage but that's just my 2cents.Any help would be highly appreciated.
