Hello, I am in the process of filling out my G-325aA and I have read here that every bit of that form has to be filled out.In the top right hand cornerit is asking for a file number.What do I put there? Also the form expired on 06/30/11.can I still use it? i didnt see any other updated forms.

If you don't have a file number, put "none"

As for the expired form, I was also worried about that too so I checked the USCIS website and it stated that you can still use this form.

This is from the USCIS.gov page,

Note on Expiration: USCIS continues to accept the 06/12/09 edition of Form G-325A (the form currently available for download on this page), despite the passing of the form's expiration date. An updated form with a new expiration date will be posted as soon as it becomes available"

Also, I just learned this, don't leave any spaces on the G-325A form blank.

Put none or N/A if it doesn't apply to you.
