Okay so I have read a lot of the other posts on people getting the I-797E, Request for Evidence.

I received mine about 2 weeks ago and it doesn't ask for anything specific. It's just the blue piece of paper and then stapled to the back of it is 2 pages that list all the different types of evidence you can submit.

Now I've already submitted

- Joint tax returns for the past 2 years

- Phone, electric, cable and electric bills with both of our names on them

- Insurance (renter's, car and life)

- Loan documents and car title with both names

- Lease with both of our names

I also send them some pictures PLUS a copy of the divorce decree and a copy of the restraining order I have against him.

I filed for, and received the divorce before my 90 day time frame was up, and filed the I-751 as divorced.

What else can I submit? I feel like I have submitted MORE than enough for them to make their decision.

Getting somebody to write a piece of paper saying that it was in fact a real marriage, doesn't seem to me like it would help.

I moved out of state to get away from everything, so none of my friends or co-workers know my ex-husband. They just know what I have told them about the marriage. I don't have any friends from back when I was married, that I can have write a letter.

What do you think?

So what does the blue letter say exactly?

You could try to make an infopass appointment and get Immigration Officer's opinion and/or you could try to come up with more evidence and mail it to the USCIS.

Did you remember to send a copy of your conditional GC?

Did you have bank accounts/credit cards together - may be you could send those?

Did you include a statement with a timeline and explanation of your relationship?

Although it seems that you submitted plenty of evidence of financial co-mingling, but not enough of social life together... may be you can ask your former landlord for a letter?

Did you go on any holidays together and have itineraries/hotel reservations as proof?

Any pics from celebrations with the family/friends or post cards addressed to both of you?

Joint memberships anywhere?

It just says Request for Evidence on the right, and then it says to return the notice on top of the requested info. Then it lists the date where I have to submit the requested info before, then it says failure to submit ALL evidence requested at one time may result in a denial, and then it lists the USCIS website and phone number.

I sent pictures of us together and yes I did send a copy of my conditional green card.

I really don't know what else to do...?
