my wife applied cr-1 from CA, my brother in law is my joint sponsor, after marriage my wife left her job and now since may 2011 she is living with me :) , our case in NVC , i want to ask we are living together its makes any problem on interview?they will ask from me why she is living with u? tell me about this thanks

I'm alittle confused here... My wife applied for the CR-1 (so Petitioner) ? My brother in law is a Co-sponsor (US Citizen ?)

After marridge my wife left her job and is living with me. ? (What are the terms, conditions of the Visa, Passport ?)

It may come down too: Did she disclose to Immigration "Intent" for the stay and a pending Petition. Just a guess.

OP: If I understand your post correctly, your wife is the USC, you are the beneficiary, and she is currently living with you in the UAE?

The only issue that may come up is this, even though your wife is living with you, has she been able to maintain a US domicile?

Yes there is no problem with that as you have a co-sponsor. In fact, living together is good, it shows the bonafides of the relationship.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Thank GOD , Finally NVC SIF , so tell me guys whats next step , can i call to NVC daily? for the interview date? :)

The file is sent to the embassy and the embassy will contact the beneficiary with a list of documents/information needed and also to set up the interview.

but i called to NVC yesterday they said we will tell u interview date , not abudhabi US embassy

The interview will be scheduled by the NVC based on what the Embassy in Abu Dhabi tells them they have available in terms of slots. Once the file leaves the NVC and is received by the Embassy, you will be dealing with the Embassy from that point on.

You again have it all backwards. "She" is the US citizen, living with her foreign husband abroad. Petitioners file petitions but do not apply for visas.

To the OP, that your US Citizen wife is living with you in the UAE will be a positive thing regarding showing a bona fide relationship. Since you have a qualified joint sponsor, her leaving her job should not be a disqualifying issue.
