I751 need more evident i submit lease, joint account , joint tax return ,health insurance, energy bills

cis is asking for a bank statement showing prove of paiding our bills from our joint account but due to my husband care freeness of spending money i paid the bills from my personal account and not from our joint account because my husband always spending unesccessary how do i write a cover letter explaining our situation should i send my personal bank statement.

I really dont know what to do we cannot afford a lawyer,CIS also ask for two sworn affidavit from two people that know about our relationship i receive at least three lettter from friends ,also they ask for proper filed state tax return I already receive the transcript from the IRS however our joint account does not show everyday expenses i gather a few item such as photo ,Joint insurance ,copy of our credit card ,receipt of our bedroom funiture with both names also my daughter school record listing my husband as a contact guardian should i submit a second cover letter listing the previous item that was send incase the document was misplace because CIS notice say do not send copies of documents previously submitted should i just submit all these items without a cover letter because i really dont know what to say in the cover letter any ideas please .

Well if they are specifically asking for proof that bills are being paid from the joint account why not do that for this and next month's bills.

I am assuming that the joint account is a checking account so you should be able to prove this quite easily. If the joint account is a savings

account then I would suggest opening a joint checking account and try to comply with their request.

If all of the above suggestions fail or just are not options then just explain in your cover letter. Sometimes it is not that they are requesting

something but just that they are questioning the legitimacy of the relationship and require you to prove them wrong.

I have written affidavits for friends and family and that is not very difficult. All you need to do is to select persons who personally know both

you and your spouse and can attest to the nature of your relationship.

If they state not to re-submit documents previously sent do not re-send them. In your cover letter list the items which you have enclosed as

additional documents proving the union between you and your spouse.

Don't be too worried I know several persons who have been in this position before just try to get everything together and submit them as

requested. Everything's gonna be alright (F)
