I was self-employed until earlier this year. I can show my tax return from last year where I made $18000 from my self-employed business. However, I am no longer working as I am with my fiancee waiting to come to the US. So I'm technically unemployed or out of the workforce. Once in the US I am going to search for employment. So what should I do on my I-134? Should I list unemployed or out of workforce on my occupation or should I show my income from last year when I was self-employed?

Also, I am going to have a co-sponsor to help support my fiancee. Does my fiancee have to bring the original copy of the I-134 to the embassy or can my co-sponsor scan it into the computer & have my fiancee print out a copied version. I'm just asking because DHL is expensive.

Thank you for your help.

You list unemployed and income as none; you will still need tax returns.

Pretty sure the I-134 needs original signature.
