thanks ... i really dont know a lot about how to use this site.. but yes.. feb 18 i got my noa1,, and they just said to wait cause is in order, thats imppossible.. april filer are already done with noa2... :/ tomorrow ill go to the congress man.. :s

Have you gone to your local USCIS office to inquire? A better source of answers than a Congressperson's office.
