Have you gotten all your papers like birth cert, police cert, embassy forms etc collected and looked into booking the medical?

Do you have your Lagos case number from NVC? Lots of things you need to get done if you haven't yet.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

First, it would be helpful if you would complete your timeline as you have not indicated what type of visa you are pursuing. Next, I would recommend that you read http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/LingChe_NVC_ShortCut the Ling Che NVC shortcuts to familiarize yourself with the process. By completing your timeline, you can help others who may be going through the same process as yourself.

I would study the LingChe shortcuts.

Best of luck

Send in an email to Lagos Embassy if you have your Lagos case number. If you don't have this number, then have your USC(petitioner) either call the NVC and ask them about the case number, or have the USC send in an email to the Lagos Embassy ASAP and ask for an update. Don't forget you are dealing with Lagos here, sometimes things move slower than a snail there.

Once you find out about your case number, you can ask them when your interview date is, with that you can prepare for all the requirements. Usually in Lagos, interviews are scheduled between two to three months from the time the case is forwarded to Lagos. Good luck!

It normally takes Lagos 2 weeks to send you an email of the next information you will need to gather but lately they have been a little slow and it has been taking them 3weeks to a month to send out the email. The email once you receive it will have pkt3 which is info on medical, police report, etc... and pkt 4 which is your interview date. so just give it some time seeing that you just received the NOA2 not long but you can call NVC and get the case number and ask them if the case hase been sent to Lagos already.....Good luck to you!!!!
