Phone Record Issue

Ok i'm going to try and explain this the best I can ...

Ok I have AT&T I do not get a MONTHLY PHONE BILL so I'll have to PRINT the record off line, problem is for some reason ONLY way I can print is if it's transferred to Excel Which is cool cause I can show ONLY his number...

But is that ok to use for interview?

It doesnt really have the AT&T logo on it. Just formatted the way they it is on the bill..

ANOTHER PROBLEM:

For like 6 or 7 months I used Metro Pcs (THEY DONT SEND BILLS OR KEEP PHONE RECORDS) but this was all before I started the K1 Visa so now i have those months WITH NO PHONE RECORD now what?

You would have to get a court order or subpoena for any pre-paid phone company to release your call records.

Contact your local police department or Clerk of Courts for the instructions for getting a court order or subpoena

This do-or-die focus on phone records IS NOT completely necessary, nor is it a hinge in the K-1 process.

Keep in mind it is nothing more than secondary evidence. We did not submit a single phone or email record -- just as many have done -- and it made no difference.

Make sure the primary evidence is rock solid -- evidence from visits, the Petitioner's finances -- and just gather up what you have in the way of the rest.

Under no circumstance should anyone have to subpeona phone companies. That's just crazy.

You are stressing yourself way way way too much on minutia - I know this process is overwhelming, but don't make bigger issues out of minor ones, there are enough other items to stress about.

Deff dont stress over the phone records and make sure that your primary proofs of relationship are strong. We brought phone records with us for our interview and they never looked at them....just our pictures and that was it

Here is a list of the things that we brought for proof of ongoing relationship:

-Photo album with pictures of us in America and Jamaica I put little captions with the dates at the bottom of each picture in the photo album at the interview they took the photo album and copied some pictures in it then gave it back

-Plane ticket stubs and copy of passport showing stamps asked how many times I have gone to ja but didn't ask to see the documents

-Phone records they never looked at, they just asked how we communicated

-Letters and packages they didn't ask about

-Moneygram/Western Union receipts they asked to see

It is not hard as long as he knows what everything should be used for at the interview and just general questions, if you guys are missing something they would wanna see they would give you a blue slip to bring come back with the requested information. So try not to worry about it all, it will all work out!

They never looked at phone records for ours either. In fact, my fiance said all they paid attention to was what they already received in the I-129, the tax information, the police cert, and the non-imped. They didn't look at Moneygram receipts, Phone records, letters, or any of the other evidence prepared by him/on his behalf by me.
