hi! i am going to do my medical tom but i have not scheduled my interview yet, i thought i can schedule my visa interview after my medical but as i check st. lukes website, it indicates there that one of the documents they require are 2 photocopies of your Appointment Letter/ Instruction Letter... hmmm what is that? is that the letter that i will get after i schedule online for visa interview? thanx

02/14/2011 - Sent I-129 Application

02/16/2011 - NOA1

06/27/2011 - NOA 2

07/12/2011 - NVC Received Case

08/12/2011 - Received eligibility letter from USEM

08/15/2011 - Medical (1st day)

08/15/2011 - Medical (2nd day)

09/02/2011 - Interview (got 221g :'( additional docs needed)

09/21/2011 - Sent docs to USEM

09/22/2011 - USEM received docs (received by a MANUEL MANALAYSAY)

10/27/2011 - VISA issued

11/04/2011 - VISA on hand

11/11/2011 - CFO Guidance and Counseling Seminar

11/24/2011 - POE @ LAX

AOS & EAD

01/01/2012 - Got married

02/18/2012 - Sent I-485 & I765

02/21/2012 - Received and was signed for

03/03/2012 - NOA Hard Copy

03/03/2012 - Biometrics Appointment 03/21/2012

03/21/2012 - Walk in Biometrics

03/36/2012 - AOS Transfer

04/13/2012 - I-765 approved & ordered production of card (friday 13th isn't a bad day at all :D)

04/23/2012 - Card received I-1765

10/11/2012 - USCIS Decision (Approval)

10/13/2012 - GC on hand!

Timeline

if you have it, you can bring it. if you don't have it, then don't sweat that too much. You can proceed to your medical tom as long as you have your case number already and of course a passport.

Dec. 08, 2010: Interview(DNA was recommended)

April 04, 2011: CRBA and US passport on hand

April 2011: SSN Application sent (mailed original docs thru 2GO)

April 29, 2011: SSN card on hand

My K1 Visa Journey

March 05, 2011: I-129F packet sent

March 14, 2011: NOA1

May 20, 2011: NOA2(approved in 67 days from NOA1, with no RFEs)

June 24, 2011: NVC received approved petition from USCIS

June 29, 2011: Approved original petition left NVC to US Embassy-Manila

July 15, 2011: Eligibility letter received from US Embassy-Manila(dated July 11, 2011)

October 26 - June 5, 2012: SLEC trap!!! (DOT tx to vaccine administration)

June 7, 2012: Interview (APPROVED!) :)

June 18, 2012: Visa picked up at the embassy

June 20, 2012: POE in Detroit

a)eligibility letter from USEM and have it photocopy. (the guard will stamp ur eligibility letter)

b)NVC letter (scanned letter will d0)

c)passport and photocopy of passport bio page

d)3 pcs 2x2 photos, pen and

e) fee 9174

and most important, do register online on Slec website http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/index.php,

after u fill up, do print it and present it also.

i had my medical last monday and i arrived there at 5am and there were around 80 applicants ahead of me. I have registered online so the guard ddnt give me a number. He just give me PDS form to told me to put name and sign and he directed me to go straight to the USA counter.

if u dont register online u will wait too much time on step 1 depends on what number ul be.
