K1 visa required annual income

Hi Everyone

For a non-immigrant visa Affidavit of Support (Form I-134) such as a K1 or K3 visa your income must be at least $14,710, is this true? I was confused about the affidavit of support for K1 Visa because i saw must be 125% for Household of 2 is $18,387

How about if cannot meet the minimum income requirements, what will be need to do? Joint Sponsor?

For active duty military, you only need 100%, so for 2 people, $14,710.
