I know some of you may think I am a criminal or something like that. My story starts when I was 15 years old I moved to the USA with my parents. In 2000 I got married to a US citizen and shortly after I was deported. I went back obviously not through inspection and in 2003 I got deported again. At this point I already had a us citizen daughter. My I-130 was approved but the I-212 was denied due to having 2 deportations and I got the 10 year bar. We even went to Juarez but unfortunately I did not get the green card. In 2004 we had twins also born in the US and in 2008 I was referred to an "attorney" that supposedly he can help me. Well, the visa that he gave me was fake and when I arrived at LAX I was detained and removed to Mexico. I was not charged with anything because USCIS knew I was another statistic of scam. I have been married over 11 years now, I have always paid my taxes and never had any criminal record, not even a DUI. I have been in Mexico for the past 3 years as we tried to start a life with my family here but it did not work out. My wife is in the USA already and all of my kids are special need kids. My daughter has ADD and was born with craniosynostosis and my twin boys are autistic.

My family needs me and I need them, I was told that there is nothing that can be done. If I find a case in which the I-212 was approved after several deportations then I will have a shot on going back to the country I love because I am an american, I love the USA and an american comes from the heart and not a piece a paper. Please help me!!! Any ideas????

Unfortunately you have broken the US laws multiple times by being an illegal in the states. You made the decision to have children knowing that you may never get to see them grow up unless they move to Mexico with you. I am sorry, but you are not a US citizen and it does require that little piece of paper. America can't absorb everyone who "thinks" America is their home country. You should have done the responsible thing and taken your wife to Mexico with you and started your family there.

You may have a 20 year bar because you've been deported twice and still attempted to reenter the US.

Hire a good immigration attorney who specializes in I-212 waivers. Your situation is far beyond the "do it yourself" level of immigration processing. Do not even attempt to enter the US again until the waiver has been approved. You'll only make things worse.

And stay away from the shyster lawyers, whether in Mexico or the US. They don't give a damn what happens to you once they get your money. Hire a reputable attorney with a proven track record of successful I-212 cases. It won't be cheap, but it's your only chance of succeeding. Laurel Scott has already been mentioned - she has a very good reputation on this forum.
