RESPONSE CHECKLIST FOR I-864A

Hello Everyone!

I have received an e-mail form NVC (Response Checklist) stating:

[x] Household Member must complete and submit an I-864A

[x] This form must be completed by typewriter or in blue or black ink.

I am almost sure I have already submitted I-864A with my I-864 and other documents. I filled out I-864A online, and signed and dated by my husband using black ink.

I don't mind sending it again, my worry is I don't have a copy of I-864 I submitted and my husband's savings and checking amount have changed. So definitely it won't match the line on I-864 I have submitted.

Do I need to fill-out another I-864 aside from I-864A just for this amount?

I hope you can help me. I'm really worried, sometimes I just want to go back to my country, I have two kids and I have no help. It's really tough. That's why I want my Mom to be here so she can help me but Immigration drives me crazy, I can't afford a lawyer.

Just give them the I-864A like they are asking for. If you don't give it, then they will most likely deny the visa. You or your husband could always call the NVC & see if this was a false RFE if you are sure you sent everything in.
