Hi,

I'm putting together my packet and this is the evidence I've gathered so far.

-Color photos of us together, including a photo of our engagement rings

-Scans of receipts (food, grocery shopping, hotel) from our trip to Rome in March 2011

-Scans of plane tickets & flight itineraries from our trip to Rome

-Scans of passports & stamps from Rome

-Scans of letters sent/received by both of us (4 letters each w/ postage stamps spanning throughout 3 years)

-Scans of my flight itinerary and plane tickets from my trip to Mauritius to visit him in July/August 2011

-Scans of receipts from my visit in Mauritius

-Scans of my passport stamps to Mauritius

Is this enough, or is there something I'm missing?

Tourist visa help -

My fiance has been denied a tourist visa in the past (last summer) & told that he should apply again later when he had a more stable job, etc. (he had only been working for his company for 6 months at the time). He has since gotten a job at an international company and has been working there for 6-7 months (in addition to working 9 months at the previous job). We are hoping that if he applies for a tourist visa after we receive NOA1 (& he brings a copy of the notification to the interview), he will get the visa since if we are spending the time/money on doing a fiance visa, it would be illogical for him to illegally overstay his visit in the US. What do you guys think? Also, if you have any advice to increase his chances of obtaining a tourist visa, please share. Would it be helpful for his employer to send a letter of recommendation describing how important he is to the company?

Thanks,

E
