I AM NEW HERE IN THIS FORUM AND HOPING I CAN GET SOME ANSWERS FROM PEOPLE I DO NOT KNOW BUT WILLING TO HELP HEARTILY. Only US citizens can petition for a sibling. It currently takes 23 years for a US citizen to petition for a sibling from the Philippines.

How have you been maintaining your status in the US for the last two years when you don't have a green card?
