hello ya'll guys..if you were a millitary spouse and applying for cr1/ir1 this is just advice..you can do expedite even your spouse is not time to deployed yet..all you have to do is call uscis and ask for expedite and they will sent email on what need for expedite..

send them your spouse identification card and also get a letter from their boss..:)

thats what we do..my hubby is not deployed but we approve..just try..

its worth trying anyway..and always remember pray..god is good all the time..:)

Remember that an expedite request that was granted by USCIS will not carry over to the NVC.

The USCIS doesnt care that much about expedite.(less work for them)..I didnt even need to send any proof for the USCIS....NVC wanted proof though and they wanted my deployment orders and proof of service letter. You can try, but your husband will need a letter from his commanding officer stating that he needs to focus on his job in the military. I havent heard of anyone getting expedited through the NVC without some sort of proof of a deployment. Not saying it wont happen, just saying dont get your hopes up too much. NVC doesnt take that long as long as you guys have all the stuff for the DS-230 and AOS package. You can get through the NVC in a couple of weeks if all the paperwork is in your husband's hand to send to the NVC.

Good luck on the rest of your journey!

If it gets expedited your case will leave the nvc within 48 hours of approval. The nvc will not look at the ds-230 or aos. Did u see my old posts about where 2 send the expedite request?
