Hi

Just follow this link.

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

But did u get DS3032 from NVC. You might get AOS fees and DS3032 from NVC. Then after you will send DS3032. You can not send email to nvc if you have only your case no. IF you get that then send it.

Good luck

does this actually work though, on the link you posted it says some have luck so basically this could be a waste of time emailing it in?

NVC Case No: MNL 2011XXXXXX

CIS Case No: WAC 1190XXXXXX

Beneficiary's Name: Doe, John

Beneficiary's Date of Birth: January 01, 19XX

Re: Declaration of Choice of Address and Agent for Immigrant Visa applicant

Dear Sir/Madam:

My name is John Doe and my NVC case number is # MNL 2011XXXXXX. I have not received the DS-3032 (Choice of Address and Agent for Immigrant Visa Applicants) and I would like to appoint my USC wife/petitioner, April Doe, as my agent of choice to receive all future correspondence from the U.S. Department of State. Her contact information is provided below:

My husband listed my full name, address, DOB, cell phone number and email address. He also signed the email with his full name, cell phone number and email address. As you can see in my timeline below, NVC accepted it with no issues. Btw, DS3032 was sent from beneficiary's email address.

Good luck to you! :star: :star: :star:

Mine worked. It took a few days though. NVC sent me and my husband emails saying we needed to fill out the attached choice of agent form. Then they accepted my husbands e-mail only a few hours later and notified him by e-mail to let him know i was appointed as the choice of agent.
