Hello there Everyone, just wanted to share the good news with everyone, I called NVC today and talked to a live person and was told that my Wife's Case is Complete and Inline for Interview Day. They couldn't schedule an interview for August because the case was just completed couple of days ogo and I ask if I would have any chance of landing an interview next month and I was told that we will try there best. Thank You NVC for your time and support, we are almost there.

What you guys think, do I have a change of landing an Interview Next Month?

On a side note, my grandmothers case is also complete, so both my Wife and Grandmother Case Complete and inline for Interview. I will now even Pray Harder, Wish Harder and Keep my fingers cross and hope that both of them land an interview next month, if happens then both of them could come with my uncle.

Thank You Everyone, will keep you posted!

Hey Guys, now that I am in the Interview line (Hopefully soon), I just wanted to ask what Documents I should send to my wife. I know all the docuemnts that are needed have already been collected by NVC, but do I need to send any documents that she might need. Currently I have my I-864 Packet Ready to ship to Wife and I was also thinking of including the DS-3032 and DS-230 Packet, what are your thoughts guys?

EVERYTHING you sent to USCIS and NVC. You want her have a full copy of everything you sent.

Start putting your evidence of bonafide relationship togeather as well.

Give her enough time to get the documents look through them. Organize them however she feels comfortable so she can readily access them during the interview.

My hubby's case will be processing through MUMBAI consulate. Our case was completed August 9th 2011, I called NVC today and found out we didn't get in the September slots. Also, NVC schedules the cases over a period of whole month regularly, not only around the 15th of each month so calling once a week to NVC can keep you posted. They also email you the same day they schedule you for an interview.

I also heard usually it takes 55 to 60 days after the CC at NVC for an interview but some people do get it right away too. I wish you all good luck.

The operator told me only provide with the documents that are asked for in case if you had a RFE and the case is completed, forward to Mumbai consulate. Also, the Mumbai consulate website has a link for interview preparation and the packet 4(states which documents to bring or provide or VFS), also the site updates regarding interview scheduling. However, this is for Mumbai, not Chennai.:(

Yes, But you also have to remember that a lot of the information you put on these documents they will base their questions off.

You do not have to turn in everything again to VFS.

You just want to provide all information to the beneficiary so she knows exactly what you put on the forms so she is ready to formulate the answers to the question the IO is going to ask her
