OP calculations are correct. Your reply at 10:06 PM on 8/13 caused the confusion. I am glad Pushbrk clarified.

Man, the post you're referring to - is yours. Go over.

If you have read my first reply to OP carefully, you wouldn't have posted your confusing answers.

Now compare mine: "Plus, I remember another thread, where annual income calculations were based on monthly basis. Like 7-month amount / 7 months * number of months (12) and yours: "The current annual income is what you are getting as on the date of filing I-864 calculated for an year - for example if you are getting weekly wages of 500, then multiply 500 by 52 to get annual wages of 26000"

DOESN'T IT SOUND THE SAME? I'm pretty good in math.

I'm getting tired of discussion with you. The problem is:

1. You didn't read carefully my initial post at 12 August 2011 - 07:21 PM , instead your post at 12 August 2011 - 10:33 PM was saying something about 2010 income and which actually brought the confusion.

2. You never replied to my question: "Hey, buddy! Where did you see it in my previous post? I was talking about estimated 2011 income".

3. Still, my question is: where do you see 2010 income words in my post at 12 August 2011 - 07:21 PM?

Instead, you again posted confusing info: "I don't know what you are looking for but 2011 income is not your current annual income". More confusion from you.

4. How relate this your answer: "The current annual income is what you are getting as on the date of filing I-864 calculated for an year - for example if you are getting weekly wages of 500, then multiply 500 by 52 to get annual wages of 26000" to your previous answer "but 2011 income is not your current annual income".

You're again and again denying your previous posting, bringing more and more confusion.

Pushbrk's answer is almost the same as mine. I only added word estimated. Again, read my post at 12 August 2011 - 07:21 PM

P.S. Before blaming me on confusing post, read what you have posted.

And thanks, Pushbrk, for your answer and help.

I found the language in both your posts to be confusing, meaning I couldn't make heads or tails of either of them. The OP has made the correct calculations.

It would also be correct to take say a 7 month average (Jan to Jul) divide by 7 and multiply by twelve. People who have overtime, variable hours or commissions that make their income irregular could do it that way. Please try to make your posts clear including the context.

BUT.... what is most important is to address the actual question and circumstances posed by the OP.
