We had our AOS interview today in the Dallas office, it was a piece of cake, we were barely in there for 20 mins. The officer was really nice and approved our case right away. According to him, we should get our formal approval letter within next 2 weeks and our Green Card in the following week after that.

Interview questions & documents asked for by IO:

Applicant's Passport

Spouse's Driver's License

Wedding date

Date of Arrival in US

Ever been arrested

Date of Birth

Current Occupation & Employer of Applicant

Joint Bank Account statement

Joint Property Lease (if any)

Recent joint Tax Return

Immunization record

Sponsor's letter from employer

Pictures

I-94 was detached from passport & kept by IO to be submitted to the State department

I-693 full medical examination was not required since in fiance visa, it is already done before coming to US, only record/proof of immunization record was needed.

April 6 - wedding date day 204

Aug 22 - AOS interview date day 101-total days 342

Sept 29 - green card arrives, done until June 2008 day 140-total days 381

March 9 - Removal of Conditions approved! total days 1277

Congratulations! Thanks for the info too, as we have a non DORA AOS appointment next week. Good to know we don't need to bother with the medical certificate stuff. I hope ours goes just as smooth.
