is it ok for sending ds230 without nbi? i only have personal copy coz dfa get my original one...

You will only slow down your case if you dont send it with...you will get an RFE for it. Just get another NBI clearance. Easy as that.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

Oh you should send them the whole thing or else that can make your case slow..They wont continue processing it until your Civil Docs will be completed..I had experienced the slow moving of our case bec. they cant find my 2photos that i sent them together with my DS230 and civil docs,it takes a month since they got my DS230 and we wonder why it takes long while they got all the papers they need from me,but when my hubby called the NVC we found out that they haven't got any pics from me,,good thing my Hubby still got a copy of my visa photos and he is the one who sent it to the NVC...
