income for interview?

I have sent about 6 months of pay stubs to fiancee in China. but need most recent ones for interview. I was out on a medical leave for april, may and june. Soo, i do not have any pay subs for that period. our file is at the NVC. How do i account for the fact i can not show pay stubs for april, may, june?

i will be getting a letter from my employer stating my hours and income, so that is good, but i am concerned they will not see Any pay stubs for april, may and june? as always, please advise?...thanks....todd

The only requirement is last 3 years tax return. I did send in 1 month of pay stubs right before the interview. They were never looked at. An employment letter recently dated before the interview should be sufficient along with 3 years of tax transcripts or copies of the entire tax returns with un-copied W-2's

These items (since yer a K-1) are shown on interview day - so you've got some time to prepare a packet for mailing to yer lass.

SHE shows them on interview day (or on document intake day, the day prior).

K-1s never send stuff to the NVC, so you've got some time to get yer stuff together.

IMO, YOU mail yer packet (Financials, I-134, relationship proof collection) out to her about the same time that she sends in the P3 packet into GUZ IV. (Mail, courier, fedex, dhl, etc)

Really, three years of tax returns, not recent pay stubs? Where can I find this information? I was getting concerned because I am a contracted employee so my income fluctuates from year to year. Past years meet the minimum requirement, however this year does not. Though I'm still employed with the same company I haven't received a paycheck for a few months now.

jkarta - Guangzhou IV wants to see 3 years. Prolly not the same as the IV unit for whatever city in India where yer fiance will interview.

I have seen where people have stated that 3 years worth of tax returns are required but I dont see that on the I-134 or the instructions?Am I mising something? or where can I find information on what docs to include with the I-134. Thanks.
