What no one is mentioning is that some countries require an apostille when married in Vegas.

Apostille (Proof of Marriage for Foreign Citizens Only)

An Apostille and a Certified Las Vegas Marriage Certificate are generally accepted as proof of marriage by most countries. However, check with your local officials to ensure the right documents are obtained for your marriage to be recognized in your country.

But this has nothing to do with Vegas. Either the foreign country requires an Apostille on the marriage certificate or it doesn't. If it requires if for marriage certificates from Vegas, it will also require it for marriage certificate for every other part of the US (and probably most parts of the world).
