Current wait for Montreal to send Pkt3?

I'm currently waiting on my petition from NVC to Montreal, and tracking it from DHL. How long does it currently take for Montreal to log it and send packet 3 after DHL delivers it. I know from the other thread that the mail room was backlogged about 4 weeks, but is it still taking that long?

And I can't send packet 3 till they log it in and send it out to me right? (just want to be home for Christmas...)

Oct 27 2011 - Interview
Nov 12 2011 - Intended POE VISA delayed due to typo on son's name at the consulate
Nov 22 2011 - Picked up Visa
Nov 26 2011 - New intended POE date
Dec 10 2011 - Wedding
Jan 12 2012 - Sent AOS package
Feb 1 2012 - They send rejection notice, they lost a signature page
Feb 4 2012 - Resent package
Feb 14 2012 - NOA2
Feb 22 2012 - NOA3

May 16 2012 - Interview date

April 2014 - application for I751 Removal of Conditions
May 7 2014 - NOA for notice of receipt and extension letter received

You can get the entire packet 3 on the website.

All you need to know is that MTL has your case and you can do P3 and send it to them. You do not have to wait for P3 to be logged or sent to you.

You do however have to wait for P4 to be logged before you can book the interview.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Ohhh, Inky, can I kiss you??? I knew I could send packet 3 before I got it, but didn't realize I could send it before they log my file in!!
