Hello everyone. First i wanna apologize if i'm posting this message in a wrong topic. But i need some help.

I came here in the US with my K1 visa been here for almost 3 months already. i'm already married and had sent my AOS few weeks ago. I've also got a reply from the Immigration office stating that they have received my application. But my husband and I learned that i there's some documents that i have that needs to be stamp by DHS or from USCIS stating how long i should stay here. True my visa was stamped with 3 months expiration and after 3 months i should be out of the country if i'm not married.

My question is this do i need to report my status now at any DHS or USCIS near me that i'm already married. my husband and i are really worried since the expiration date on my I-94 form will only be until Sept. 1, 2011.

Anyone out there that have gone thru this process please reply. i need some information.

No, you don't have to report your status. You already filed AOS so they will know that you are married and by filing AOS you also entered a new period of authorized stay, so don't worry about I-94 expiring next month (you will not be out of status).

My Immigration Journey:

K1: June 2010 - December 2010

AOS: April 2011 - June 2011

ROC: April 2013 - August 2013

Naturalization: March 2014 - August 2014
