We have the green card interview in Cleveland later this month. They are asking for many documents that I already mailed to them in California and or Bogota.. I assume they will have them in Cleveland and that I don't need to start gathering everything again?

Bring them with you. The reason behind bringing what is requested is, if they do not have it, they cannot give you the green card until they have it.

You are assuming incorrectly. This is a new process with its own requirements.

I sent much of this information to the Chicago Lock Box for this process. I have to think that that info will be in the hands of the Cleveland interviewer. I will gather everything again that I can but why in the hell would I have sent it in the first place if they were not going to keep it for this interview. The sealed shot records for example, That I mailed to Chicago lock box.

On this I797 C they want income tax and W2’s for last year. And pay stubs. My guess is they want my records since she hasn’t been here that long and hasn’t worked in the US.

I sent them certified copies of my divorce and new marriage. They must have them in this big thick file everyone talks about.

They are requesting those to make sure that the documents aren't fake, and that you still have the originals. It's normal practice for all interviews to bring originals, as well as copies. Don't assume anything. They can deny your application if you refuse to follow instructions.
