1. My fiance and I just received our NOA2 last week and before he leaves to return back to Italy I want to make sure he takes with him everything he will need for the visa interview. This is what I'm under the impression that he should bring... is it enough?

copy of I-129f package

Updated letter of intent to marry

Affidavit of support I-134

NOA2

Original Proof of relationship

Recent proof of relationship

Then the other things that he will get on his own:

Police certificates

his birth certificate

medical records

passport photos

Am I missing anything?

Do I need to give him my birth certificate?

2. For the affidavit of support, I just recently finished my graduate degree this summer and do not have a job yet, so my father is our co-sponsor. So, we will provide an I-134 for both of us, however, since I virtually have no money right now Should I include a letter saying that I just graduated and am currently looking for a job so that they know I will be on my feet soon (and that this is also why I don't have a tax return)?

Also- what should my father provide? I already have a letter from his work stating that the is employed there and it shows his salary. And I have a copy of their most recent tax returns. Do I need anything else?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

:thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs: Your dad's letter of employment needs to show duration of employment and yearly salary. Bank statement may be needed also we had to give that as well. Otherwise you are good to go. No he does not need your BC as 129f petition has that at the embassy.

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month
