NVC RFE's

I have a sort of silly question.

So, I got an RFE yesterday for not having had signed the second part of I-864a, and a second false RFE for IV packet.

Does NVC usually send all RFE's in one e-mail per packet? Do they review one packet completely, pick out what's wrong and then send an e-mail or do they just stop at the first mistake and send out the letter, keep going, and repeat?

I don't want to get my hopes up if the latter is the case...

About the actuall way they review the package nobody know for sure .

I had Ref's during my process in every step from NOA1 true Embassy .

My only advice is to answer as they request ASAP . Because in your case as a CR1 or IR1 the NVC will be the department that will schedule your interview . I notice during my process that for K visas the embassy will set u the dates .

Usually faster for k visas . Why you may ask and the answer is the same as your first question.

Unless somebody in Vj's work for the NVC im not sure if somebody can actually say how they review

After processing one packet either DS-230 or I-864, NVC sends out false RFE also by email. I got mine after DS-230 after 7 days, though I sent I-864 5 days back. Sometimes NVC also sent out fasle RFE after reviewing the second packet.

The real RFE points out all the missing stuff/ mistakes pertaining to the entire set.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

I got the RFE info from phone rep and fedex's the fresh AOS i864 within about 2 hours.

I agree - I REALLY hope that (irrelevant blank field) was the only aspect of my AOS with which they will take issue.

If not then I will certainly put a post about it & put it in the stupid-RFE thread

DIVORCE: final May 2015 - never whould have married without dating in-person for at least a year.
