This topic has probably been posted many times before, but alas here it is again. I just need some input. My packet is ready to be sent to the California Service Center because I live in Oregon. My fiancee lives in Argentina and is ready for the next step. Included in my packet are:

Petition and payment

(1) Copy of my US Birth Certificate

(1) Copy of original and original translated copy with letter of accuracy of Fiance's Argentine Birth Certificate

(2) Biographics for myself and fiancee. Signed and dated

Affidavit of Support with all supporting documents: ie: pay stubs, tax records, 401K, bank account summaries, etc.

Passport Photos for Me and my fiance

Many photos with names, date, people written on back, boarding passes, bus tickets, Western Union receipts, all pages and stamps of my passport, copy of the information pages of my fiance's Argentine passport.

Fiance Letter of Intent from me dated and signed.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you

you send to Dallas lockbox. You send support form to your fiance for the interview after you recieve noa2 and you dont send in her Birth certificate. Only yours.

you write a letter of intent, sign and date it. your fiance writes a letter, signs and dates it, then mails it to you. include both letters in you I-129F. ig you read through the guides there are even example letters which you can copy from :)

Thanks Dan and Jenni. I have my letter written and sent one to her to sign.

They just need your birth certificate, right now. Dont send hers.

They want your info not hers:

Copy of the Birth certificate (front and back) for the US Citizen or a copy of ALL pages of the US Citizen's passport issued with a validity of at least 5 years or a copy of the US Citizen's naturalization certificate (front and back). This is used to establish citizenship.

Hers they will want later after NOA2 has been approved. Keep a translation you will needed it for AOS.

Good luck

Perfect. I will take out her Birth Certificate and translation. Thanks for all the great advice

Thanks Dan and Jenni. I have my letter written and sent one to her to sign. Can the letter be faxed or emailed as long as it has my fiances signature, or do I have to have the original signature? Thanks again
