AOS and Interview Questions

I am waiting for my I-129F petition to be approved so we have some time before we get to the AOS stage.

However, I'm a bit confused about the portion about the interview.

Do all AOS petitioners go through the interview or a few or majority of them?

I had a friend who filed the same petition for his fiancee, his fiancee got the visa, she came here, they got married, filed for AOS and they were approved without any interview. And his fiancee was also from the same country (India).

So I'm trying to understand if there is a likelihood of an interview for the AOS or not in the case of my fiance and to be wife.

There's no telling. And there isn't anything that you can do to influence what will happen regarding your potential for an interview.

I would suggest that you stay focused on the matter at hand and deal with the Adjustment of Status after your fiancee enters and you marry.

50/50 chance of AOS interview. You cant say you will get one and you cant say you wont get one.. you just find out when the time comes if you got an interview or not.
