About to send I-130/ what has to be included in the package

Greetings,

I got married July 30th 2011 with my wife. She is an US citizen living in the USA and i live in haiti. She is currently in the states and we need to send the form I-130 at the end of the month( August). We have filled the I-130 form, The G-325A of each other. Now my question is do i have to include all the other documentation in the package or do i have to wait for USCIS to ask them to me, like: Birth certificate, marriage certificate, pictures, phone calls etc....? Thank you for the information provided the above. How ever, i have 2 other questions.

1-Do i have to include the form I-485 in the package of the I-130 package that i am about to send to the chicago lockbox?

2- At the G-325A form( biographic information), do i have to put None at both " File number" and " Alien registration Number" since i am not living in the US yet?

No. I-485 is for adjusting status and since you are seeking a CR-1 visa, you would obtain a green card on arrival in the form of an I-551 stamp, the actual card will arrive a short time later. You will not be using this form.

Emails, phone records, chat logs, skype records. Do you keep in touch via a social networking site (e.g. Facebook), include some of your exchanges there. How many trips has she made to Haiti, include boarding passes of all her trips and the pages of her passport that show the entry stamps into Haiti (plus any copies of a Haitian visa if she was required to obtain one).

A word to the wise, it's probably best not to discuss details of this nature in a public forum. Just saying.

Regardless of whether she is pregnant or not, her pregnancy will not qualify for any kind of expedite. As for relationship bonafides, I don't see mentioning it as being detrimental to your process, however, I don't think it strengthens your case either. If she does is in fact expecting, her household size will increase by 1 after she gives birth and that will have to be factored in when it comes time for her to complete the I-864 for the Affidavit of Support (this comes when the file reaches the NVC and processing begins there).

Yes we keep in touch via yahoo messneger, phone calls and facebook as well. She made 2 trips in haiti. Her first one was June 2010 we have not talked yet. We started talking april 2011 and made her second trip this july and marry me. Do you think this will cause a problem? we only have phone records and chat record from april to july 2011. I see it is only for K1 they require that you should meet with the person for the last 2 years. What do you think for our case? Thank you for anyone that want to interfere.

Another thing that I suggest be included as an Evolution of Relationship letter. This letter would explain how you met, how you became a couple, when you got engaged, when you got married, etc.

We met on a social network in April 2011 and started sharing Experiences we made with God. We both are christian. I was praying for God to give me a wife as i didn't want to choose one by myself and when i first start talking to her i felt there was something special about her, like she was an answer to my prayers. After a couple odf days, we start having vision at nights or in days that the choice was from God. That is why we made it so quick we did not get engaged, we just jump into marriage as our love for each other was growing minutes after minutes and that God has showed with multiple vision that our choice to be together was from him. I will clarify, an EOR letter is something your USC wife will write, not you. However, if she does write one, you need to be very familiar with what exactly was written on it because a CO could use it to form and ask questions to you.

LOL you don't need to do it so many times to get pregnant. One good quality time was all it takes to make a baby. But come to think about it how could it be possible. Today is barely 12 days since your marriage. Keep your pride to yourself. The USCIS is not interested in any of the intimate details. They are not interested in knowing whether you have sex or not. They are more interested in knowing whether trying to get a green card played a part in your relationship. Don't distract them. Submit the evidences they want, not a romantic novel.

I am sorry but I didn t intend to mention the number of times, this was added by mistake and was not going to be sent to USCIS as details, this would not make any sense. I just wanted to know if the fact she got pregnant from me would be a good point in terms of evidence. Good morning Ryan and everybody. Ryan i see that u met ur wife online as well 2007 and married her 4 years later( 2011). However for my case it is different that is what have me worried that much. we met online on April 2011 and got married july 2011. Isn t this case going to be denied for whatever evidence we show?

I won't sugarcoat anything, getting married that quickly after meeting online will raise a CO's eyebrows, while it's not an automatic refusal, the chances of a refusal are increased. Have either one of you been married before, if so, how long ago did said marriage end? Also, is there a large age difference between the two of you?
