You cannot legally work without EAD or green card. You already said you know you cant work yet because you don't have either of thos. So don't do it.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

They will probably ask for proof that you can work legally - SSN, photo copy of your visa/EAD/green card. If they don't ask for any of those, then I would question the validity of the company, and worst, you may not get paid for your work. It's very risky business.

Do you think they can track it out that am working online if I will accept the offer??

or is there any way that will know in the nea future?Because am thinking it's just online so they might not know about it and it is from Beijing, China and payment is straight to my husband's bank account.Thank you very much!

No, you cannot accept the offer. You are not authorized to work. Yes, USCIS will find out. To lie on the form will get you a lifetime, unwaiverable ban from the US. We tell the truth in this country.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
