Do we need to call to schedule medical and CAS appointments or just show up?

Call NVC to get the numbers you need to fill out the DS-260 and make the ASC and interview appointments: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/318913-call-cd-juarez-to-make-sure-they-received-our-k1-approved-file/

No appointment for the medical. Just plan your appointments so you have time to get the medical and go to the ASC appointment before your interview appointment.

From the instructions: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/ciudadjuarez/231771/PDFs/K1%20PACKET%20COMPLETE%20_July2011%20UPDATES_.pdf

prior to attending your consular interview appointment you should also complete DS-260 form on line at www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov and after that, you must access http://mexico.usvisa-info.com to schedule an appointment at the Applicant Service Center (ASC) of your choice, to get your fingerprints and photographs collected.

Each applicant is required to appear in person at the Applicant Service Center (ASC) prior to the consular appointment date. Once you have reached http://mexico.usvisa-info.com, follow the instructions to log in and schedule an appointment. It is important that you access the website as soon as possible to schedule the ASC appointment. If you do not go to the ASC prior to your interview at the consular section, your case may experience significant processing delays. Please do this for all applicants that will be applying for a visa (including children).

All K1, K2, K3 and K4 visa applicants should pay a new USD$350.00 visa fee at any BANCO NACIONAL DE MEXICO (BANAMEX) or SCOTIA BANK in Ciudad Juarez, Chih., Mexico or through online payment at http://mexico.usvisa-info.com before they attend their interview at this Consulate and validate the payment in the same website.
