k-1/ I-129f question

ok, I know this question might be a little ridiculous to ask, but it is something that has been on my mind and i want to be sure about..

USCIS says to fill in EVERY answer and leave nothing blank (fill it in, put x, write "none" or "n/a")

but on the I-129F, part c- question # 2 it asks about the criminal background etc- my fiance has had no criminal record or anything like that.. but then #3 says " if you have provided information about a conviction ........check all of the following that apply to you:"

if none of those apply to us (beneficiary), then obviously i would leave that blank.

that's right, right? it just feels weird leaving something blank.

A question for those of you that have experience with intrviews in Mexico. If the USC does an intent letter in English, and the beneficiary shows up for the interview and doesn't speak English, do you think the Consular Officer will have questions as to the beneficiary's understanding of intent? In Ukraine, there would have been questions unless there was a translation matching and signed.

Hi! I honestly dont know for sure. Thank goodness my fiancée speaks English. BUT, you ALWAYS wanna be on the safe side when it comes to this. If he knows absolutley NO English, you could either send a certified Spanish translation of the letter with your fiancé (which in my experience comes stapled and stamped with a copy of the original), or your fiancé could say that he understands what is there because it was pasted into google translate, and have him bring a screan shot like the one below. If your fiancé speaks any English, it shouldnt matter at all. The CO probably wont ask, but its always better to be safe than sorry.
