It's been 53 days since my petition was approved and 22 days since I received my case number from the NVC. I still have not received any invoices, the only thing I've received so far is a letter saying my I-129f was administratively closed and an email sent to my wife on August 5th that says our case is now eligible for further processing and that the petitioner would receive a packet with further instructions. I just don't understand why it's taking so long to receive the invoices from the NVC! when i see other VJers receive their invoice in 1-2 days!

2/13/2010: Met in Korea

1/21/2011: Married in Tacloban City

USCIS (135 days)

2/23/2011: sent I-130 and I-129f

3/6/2011: received NOA1 for I-130

3/16/2011: received NOA1 for I-129f

6/17/2011: received NOA2 for I-130 and I-129f

NVC(74 Days)

7/18/2011: NVC received and case number assigned

7/20/2011: NVC Administratively closes I-129f

7/30/2011: emailed DS-3032

8/24/2011: FINALLY received AOS Fee and PAID also sent DS-3032 for the third time (PAID on 8/25)

8/26/2011: Received DS-3032 Acceptance email

9/01/2011: Received IV fee and paid (PAID on 9/02)

9/07/2011: Delivered I-864 and DS-230 to NVC (mailed on 9/06/2011)

9/12/2011: RFE For using expired DS-230 found here on VJ

9/19/2011: Sent to NVC new DS-230 and Japanese police clearance

9/23/2011: Case Complete

Manila Consulate(39 days)

9/30/2011: Manila Consulate receives Case and Schedules interview

11/02/2011: Medical at St. Lukes Medical Extension Center 11/03/2011-Medical Finished and everything is GOOD!

11/08/2011: Interview scheduled at Manila Consulate-Approved

11/15/2011: Visa in Hand

11/19/2011: POE Atlanta

I never received any invoices while at NVC. I just logged onto the payment portal and the bills were there. So my husband paid them when they became available.

Have you tried logging onto the payment portal to see if your bills were invoiced?

I never received any invoices while at NVC. I just logged onto the payment portal and the bills were there. So my husband paid them when they became available.

Have you tried logging onto the payment portal to see if your bills were invoiced?

I and my wife got emails and I know many who got one but not the other. Just logon to the payment web site and pay the fee and prepare the documents and submit.

Payment web site: https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx (call NVC and get NVC Case Number and Invoice Identification Number needed to logon). The AOS fee must be ready to pay.

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

Yes, I see people getting invoices frequently here. Neither my husband or I received anything from NVC in that respect. Thankfully we were both logging onto the payment portal very often to see when the bill would be invoiced.

yes every time i go online to try and pay the fees i get this message "Sign In Failed

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error." and also I emailed my DS-3032 on July 30th using the template i found here on VJ but still don't know if it was accepted or not

Please call NVC and get this resolved ASAP.

Today when I called the NVC the operator told me "for some reason your AOS hasn't been generated yet and it was sent up for supervisor review on August 1st and you have to allow 10-15 business days for it to be generated now."! I asked her how can it take this long? My case arrived at the NVC almost a month ago on July 17th! she told me very plainly "I don't know"! wow that's reassuring

Good. don't worry about the standard timeline that NVC uses for each change, you will see your AOS fee today or tomorrow or worst case day after tommorrow. Keep checking the NVC payment portal.
