need help with 485

Hello, I need help. I'm applying I485 and I765 since april. I got my biometric june 1st. Until now there's no update. I called uscis but they didn't give me anything. Do you guys have any idea what I should do? Thank you in advance for your help.

Be patient! If you don't hear anything regarding your AOS until October or so, schedule and Infopass at your USCIS local office. AOS doesn't really have a timeline, does it?!

Actually it does. 6 months is outside the norm (that's what USCIS says but actually processing time is more like 3-5 months) and you should request an INFOPASS or get a congressman/senator involved for an update if it's outside normal processing, or outside the filers group info (see below).

The OP should be checking their filers group to see whether other people that filed at the same time are progressing, this would show whether something is wrong with their file. June 1st for biometrics the OP should have their EAD/AP by now at LEAST if there was no RFE...

The GC might take a while but I would speak to a congressman/senator to find out what the deal is at least with the EAP/AP but that'll deal with the AOs as well.
