Argh, filled out all the forms, and got everything together except for one thing, the NOA2 letter. Husband took it to work to copy it and now can't find it anywhere anymore. I still have the 'you are approved' email, but I guess that is not enough. I think in the past I have read posts by others who had the same problem, but I've tried the search thing and it comes up empty for me (maybe I am not using it properly). Anyways, is there a way to get a new NOA 2 and if so how long does it take and is it possible to just send the whole AOS package off without it and wait for an RFE incase getting a new NOA2 takes too long?

You can request a duplicate using form I-824. The fee is $200.

I never received NOA2 for K3 approval so when i filed AOS i just include the email that i got from USCIS.

What is your status now? Has your AOS been approved? When did you file it? The validity of this choice can only be assessed if you have been approved.
