Progress my ####. Following the timelines, i was supposed to be approved early November, which seemed reasonable to me. Now it is early January 2012!!! So as for progress... I don't see it?! Why not

Any filers here from first week of August who are still not approved? I kinda feel left out... I was also checking the case numbers before and ahead of me and most of them are approved already. The ones that are not are on the 2nd week, 3rd week range already.... Although I know a lot of VJ members have waited longer than I have...so just wanted to know if someone's feeling the same as I do right now. thanks guys! :-)

I don't even know what to do with myself...seem to have forgotten how to type...just got my NOA2 email!!!! I don't know which feels better...taking a deep breath again, crying, or giggling...maybe all three!!! :D

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png
06/09/2012 - POE @ YWG (Winnipeg Int'l Airport)

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

"RFE" for page 3 of application received, date March 27, 2014. Package re-submitted with all papers re-attached.

04/07/2014 - NOA1 Date

05/07/2014 - Biometrics in Charlotte, NC

11/05/2014 - APPROVED! Citizenship in 5 months!

11/10/2014 - NOA2 in hand.

11/20/2014 - 10 yr GC in hand! :D

NVC case numbers March 22nd
My sons AOS and IV bill paid March 23rd (status in progress)
My sons AOS and IV bill shows as paid March 26
My IV bill paid March 26
Both packages sent on March 26
My IV bill shows as paid on March 27th
CC on both cases March 30

Current record holder of fastest through the NVC :D

Medical exam in Stockholm April 13th
Interview on May 16th !!!
POE Anchorage July 12th!! 2012

July 2015 n-400 in the mail

September 2015, interview

NOA1 Aug 31st, approved last night too.

Good luck to everyone still waiting for Aug, shouldn't be many of you left!

Aug 20 2010 - NOA1 received.
Feb 08 2011 - NOA2 email received.
Apr 27 2011 - Interview attended at US Embassy, visa approved :D!
May 26 2011 - Arrived in the USA
Aug 02 2011 - Married!
Aug 24 2011 - Diagnosed with cancer
Aug 26 2011 - Applied for IR1/CR1 visa
Aug 31 2011 - NOA1!
Sep 03 2011 - Moved back to the UK
Feb 20 2012 - Wife flew back to the USA
Mar 03 2012 - NOA2!
Mar 23 2012 - NVC received file
Jul 15 2012 - NVC approved, sent to embassy

2012 - Approved, flew back to USA!

Sep 29 2014 - Applied for removal of conditions.

Apr 20 2015 - RFE1 on removal of conditions.

Aug 22 here and still nothing.. no noa1 hardcopy, no touch, no rfe, no nothing

I feel like Ill never here anything because I didnt even get an noa1 hardcopy only an email with my case number

I called and asked if they can send me one they said no as long as I have my case number its fine

but still... who knows if my noa2 is lost somewhere as well :(

This is really depressing I hate this life right now and I dont know what to do with it... :(

I probably need a physiciatrist at this point... :(

USCIS STAGE

8/22/2011: NOA1 EMAIL(never received a hardcopy nor txt)

3/23/2012: NOA2 EMAIL!!!! :D

3/28/2012: NOA2 HARDCOPY

NVC STAGE

4/09/2012: NVC Recieved

4/24/2012: Got NVC Case# and Invoice ID#

4/25/2012: Sent DS-3032 email and Paid AOS fee

4/26/2012: AOS fee showed "paid"

5/2/2012: Sent AOS Package and NVC accepted DS-3032 email

5/4/2012: Received and Paid IV fee

5/7/2012: Sent IV Package

5/14/2012: Case Complete at NVC!

6/6/2012: NVC Left!!

Beirut Lebanon Consulate

7/11/2012: Interview!!

Result: My husband is put in Administrative processing :(

8/17/2012: Embassy called my husband to bring the pasport for the visa!! :D

Are there some august 2011 filers that have not received their NOA2. I'm in the case and noticing some september approvals. I feel left behind. What on earth is USCIS doing messing up with our lives this way?

Starting to get really angry about this situation and worse because I feel powerless to do anything.

Any other august petition not approved?

Yess here aug 22 and no noa2 so your not alone... And Im soo angry that im seeing sept because they should finish aug before trying to get ahead...

We are august 17th.... Still have heard nothing.....

That's the same feeling I had last week..the feeling of being left out. Aug. 5 2011 priority date here and still nothing. Im hoping to be hearing from them soon though... like within 2-3 weeks. It's going to be 8 months on April 1 for us already. So I guess on the 8th month we can call them up and ask them to please work on our case already.
