Progress my ####. Following the timelines, i was supposed to be approved early November, which seemed reasonable to me. Now it is early January 2012!!! So as for progress... I don't see it?! Why not

August 22 here and still waiting also but looking at igors list it is moving more closer they may say still working on august 2nd but they are further than that cause i see ones for 15th also being accepted. Plus few that have aug 5th have got theirs. So it will come soon its going to be about 190 plus days for all of us im betting tomorrow will be 6 months for me. But i take in consideration that they was off for holidays like yesterday was presidents day. So each day they are off sets us back another day also. But the good sign is that we are in august filers now :)

I just called USCIS and the agent told me they are currently processing applications from August 2, 2011. Our NOA1 is August 23, so he wouldn't file a service request for me. But I take the fact that they are now saying August 2nd as a good sign.

In a way it is a good sign, but since they updated the processing time at csc to an actual date, august 2nd, it means that we all can kiss the 5 months good bye!

NOA1 from TSC on Aug 31st.. nearly 6 months :).

So any ideas why TSC is so far behind CSC? According to the USCIS website they're only just processing June!

Aug 20 2010 - NOA1 received.
Feb 08 2011 - NOA2 email received.
Apr 27 2011 - Interview attended at US Embassy, visa approved :D!
May 26 2011 - Arrived in the USA
Aug 02 2011 - Married!
Aug 24 2011 - Diagnosed with cancer
Aug 26 2011 - Applied for IR1/CR1 visa
Aug 31 2011 - NOA1!
Sep 03 2011 - Moved back to the UK
Feb 20 2012 - Wife flew back to the USA

It's strange that you got Texas.. Did they send it to Texas in August? Or did they send it to Texas at a recent date?

We got an e-mail today saying that we need more evidence to process further (RFE for I-130):(

Can anybody tell me what they usually ask, is this a normal process? or hardly somebody gets RFE?

We had submitted all required documents along with our application forms like our Birth certificates, marriage certificate etc.

NOA1 date was August 3, 2011

It must be coming soon for all of you. I got a call from my congressperson's liaison today who informed me that our I-130 application had been approved yesterday!!!!!!!!!!! Still no update on the USCIS website, but she did forward me the email from someone at the California Service Center that had all of our specifics and stated that we had been approved!!!! If you haven't been in touch with your congressperson yet, now is the time. In our case it was VERY helpful.
