Wow i see 2 august filers approved now one with exact noa1 as me. But weird thing is both are from Egypt, But either way i am happy seeing august filers getting approved. It has to be getting closer cause most the July getting approved is at end of July So Swingman you should be ce coming up soon and others that are early August :)

That would be awesome because your NOA1 is close to mine. I hope you're right!! :)

It's bugging me a little that the K-1 visa seem to speed up alot at csc, feels like the rest of us are left behind :(

I have observed the same thing. It seems like there's nothing much going on for IR1/CR1 at CSC... :(

My husband called USCIS today and we were told to wait for another month. The guy acknowledged that we are past the 5 months processing time but there's not much they can do esp for IR1/CR1 cases because he said that's where the backlog is. He was nice enough to tell my husband he can call anytime. :-)

August filer here as well. Aug 15 priority date. January 9th case was sent to NVC and i got my NOA2. Paid the AOS fee last week and IV fees two 2 days ago. Will be mailing all my documents together tomorrow.

Wow! Good for you! My priority date is also Aug 15, but my case hasn't been touched since Aug 26...

Wow! Good for you! My priority date is also Aug 15, but my case hasn't been touched since Aug 26...
