No news here either. I do not expect to hear anything until the new year.

Same here... I've read that some people have been past 5 months already but still no NOA2. Some have already reached the 6th month but no NOA2... So I guess I should be expecting late January or February... or so?

Hi everyone is it me or does it seem every month my timeline approval date keeps changing now it has moved between jan 9 till march. Last year people got approved in less than 5 months. This year it has all went down hill wish I had good reason to expedite seems thats the fastest now days. Sure hope someone gets approved soon thats not expedited case that would make me feel a little more at ease.

Happy new year Clamardio! We just reached our 5th month mark 2 days ago... and I know this uscis journey might last up to 8 months. I'm hoping for the best for all of us.

All I know, is that I need you... I need you in my life as much as I need food or water or air to breathe - for the longest time, I've had this thirst deep inside... only to be known and understood and be loved for who I am. I have longed for someone, someone like you - to share my life with... all the ups and downs and everything in between. then out of no where - you walked into my life, quenching my thirst, satisfying my longing. and I know from every thing with in - that you are the one... you're the one I've been waiting for all this time. I want and I need you - more than I can usually find words to say... But today and always - please believe and know that you're the one for me and I'll hold you close and I'll never want to let you go...

I hope they won't tell your husband that they're still working on June 16... :-) I'm really hoping for a progress here. :-)

yeah, but it also looks like they are approving december petitions right now. that means july and august petitios (and everybody elses that filed before dec) are just laying around and not getting approved :( that´s how they keep the average of 5 months :( our 5 month mark will be in 2 weeks. they recently told us they are still working on june 16th.

Yes that is true but usually those you see that get approved before their 5 month is expedited cases. I notice you was denied? That is a long time to wait then be denied I thought if denied you could not start over again you have to appeal it? Or fix what ever issue was wrong with the case. Anyway I hope your case goes smoothly on second go around if that is possible.
