On September 15, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 30 days have passed and you have not received the notice. Please contact the service center where you submitted your application during business hours.

I know alot of juners have been getting this but it looks like I'm getting mine soon too! I'm june 21st so this should give a little hope to the late juners and july people too.

Did you use the new form I-129F with the IMBRA questions? If you did, you are probably getting an RFE for missing evidence.

What is all about the RFE's for missing evidences with the new form? Just to have an idea on if we have a chance to get an RFE.

They used the old form I-129F.

Nope I used the old form.
What is all about the RFE's for missing evidences with the new form? Just to have an idea on if we have a chance to get an RFE.

Seems like they're cranking out RFE's like crazy, I also got one, :( But mine isn't for IMBRA because I submitted the new form. I'm hoping it's not for missing evidence. I didn't want to go overboard, so I only sent 6 pictures of us (although I have over 200 pictures), boarding passes (from 4 trips I made to Mexico to visit my fiance), copy of passport stamps (but I only have 2 stamps because they DON'T ALWAYS STAMP MY PASSPORT WHEN I ARRIVE IN MEXICO-- <_< ), letters (about 3 or 4), emails (about 5), AND I STILL GOT A RFE. But I'm thinking it's because of a stupid mistake I did. I submitted an attachment for my fiance's G-325A sheet for employment history and stupid me submitted only one attachment, dated and signed by my fiance, but only ONE ATTACHMENT, and there are 4 G-325A forms, I don't know what I was thinking. I realized this about 2 weeks after I submitted my petition. But luckily, when I went to visit my fiance I had him sign 5 extra attachments, so I'm ready. I'm hoping that's why I got a RFE. Also, I submitted color copies of my birth certificate and passport (and was later told by VJ members that you are not supposed to make color copies of those). So here I am waiting for my RFE, it was mailed out Sept. 15th, so I"ll let you guys know what it was for when I get it.

08/23/08: After 7 years together . . . Religious wedding ceremony and HUGE PARTY in Jalisco, Mexico (we deserve it)

08/24-08/30: Spend our honeymoon in Acapulco, Mexico
