Mother's name wrong on birth certificate

Hello All! Hope you are well!

So...starting to gather info and noticed that on my fiance's birth certificate, his mother's middle name is wrong. Do you guys think or know if this will be a problem when filing the I-130? Thanks for any help!

5/22/2009 - Met

8/12/2011 - Married

USCIS

9/13/2011 - Mailed I-30

9/15/2011 - NOA1

3/19/2012 - NOA2

NVC

4/02/2012 - NVC received case

4/13/2012 - Case # assigned

4/15/2012 - Emailed DS-3032---->received auto response

4/17/2012 - AOS bill received & paid

4/18/2012 - AOS shows as PAID

4/19/2012 - AOS package mailed

4/20/2012 - AOS package delivered to NVC

4/23/2012 - AOS package accepted

4/23/2012 - Checklist received for DS-3032

4/23/2012 - DS-3032 emailed again---->received auto response

4/30/2012 - DS-3032 hard copy mailed

5/01/2012 - Received response about DS-3032 emailed on 4/23/2012, but not an actual acceptance...WTH?

5/01/2012 - DS-3032 delivered to NVC

5/08/2012 - DS-3032 emailed yet again!----> received auto response

5/14/2012 - DS-3032 FINALLY accepted

5/14/2012 - IV bill received & paid

5/14/2012 - IV package sent

5/15/2012 - IV bill shows as PAID

5/15/2012 - IV package delivered to NVC

5/23/2012 - Case complete

6/01/2012 - Interview date assigned for ----> July 23rd

7/09/2012 - Medical

7/23/2012 - Interview -----> Approved

7/25/2012 - Passport Received

7/27/2012 - POE (JFK)

The same thing happened to me on my mothers birth certificate her last name was spelled wrong, so than I ask different people just to get some feedback from people that have done petitions, and they all advise me the same thing to leave it how it is on the original birth certificate... and really it doesn't matter much about her error on the birth certificate because the petition is regarding you and your partner.

Please define "wrong". Most women of the world have a family name as the middle name and then it changes as they get married and take the husband's name. If by "wrong" you mean it does not match what she is going by now, who cares. My Mother's middle name was not what is on her birth certificate, but it is one of those "other names you have ever used" and gets filled in there. Since the birth certificate is for the fiance, his infomration is the most important, then the parent's, but as long as it can be expalined no worries.

Basically her middle name is one thing, and the birth certificate lists a different name. But, I think we will take the advice and leave all papers as is! I appreciate your feedback!
