Hi! my wife's petition was approved last july 8, it's been 30 days but we have no letter coming from NVC yet, should we call them? or wait for another week? also my wife filed a separate petition for our daughter, she's 19 yrs old, and it was approved 2 days earlier than mine, (july 6) still no letter from NVC.

-will the NVC send us an email or is it via letter?

same here. I just called the NVC automated voice response number (603) 334-0700. The system told me that they had received my case...by the way, my case is approved last on July 8th.

03/21/11 I-129F sent

03/23/11 NOA1

06/15/11 RFE mailed

06/17/11 RFE received

Lacerona123, you should call the NVC automated voice response number (603) 334-0700 and speak with an operator. I just got mine =)

I sent them an email, then i got an autoresponse email from them. do you think it's enough? or should i call them too?
