I am soooooo bummed. I thought I would get this bloody book by now and I have a test on Tuesday! I have been waiting for this book to come. It was shipping out on September 5th from Wisconsin and I live in Illinois so it shouldn't take this long for it to get here. So I decide to email him...and NOTHING...then I go to see his reviews and there is another person with the same problem who is reporting the person. I have until the 21st then I can report him. Has anyone else ever had to do this? I am hyperventilating because I need to study...I do have my notes but I like to read the material as well...this is my first exam in this class and now I'm gonna fail!

You pay through paypal? Open a dispute.

Yes I do pay through paypal. I'll have to wait until the 21st though because the expected arrival date was between the 11th and 21st. I'm just so worried about my exam. I wanna wring this sellers neck. And I just checked his profile yesterday and he is all of a sudden an inactive user. Woah is me!

Have you also issued a dispute through Paypal? I know you can do so with ebay issues, so wondered if it is possible since the purchase was through half.com. I would definitely check into it...you have a limited amount of time to dispute transactions so go to Paypal and check it out if you haven't done so. If you can dispute through Paypal, you might be able to get a refund through them if half.com doesn't assist you.
