Okay.. My fiance is filling out the paper for G-325... and the form has asked for the alien number twice.. we just put N/A... is that okay?

another, it also asks about the reason the form is been submit for.., we deicded to write Fiance visa-K1..... is that okay????

Applicant residence, the city does not fit.. we have decided to leave it blank and use another blank sheet of paper to answer the question... is that okay

whereever you leave a blank space on the form, you should mention answer on the seprate sheet.

When you use an attachment, write on the blank space on the form "SEE ATTACHMENT"

If you were never issued an alien number, you put NONE. N/A would mean you're not subject to having one, which is not your fiance's case.

Also, title the attachment to link it back to the question you're answering separately. Date it and sign it.
