Sure, not a problem.

to http://track.dhl-usa.com/TrackByRef.asp?nav=TrackByRef and enter EXP 04 AUG 2011A as the reference number.

But tracking on the 4th isn't showing a shipment to Guangzhou, but I did find tracking 8788095282, which is a 2 piece shipment, 3 lbs. If its that small, expect it to clear quickly.

I know everyone here is saying 3 months or whatever, but if its in a small shipment, it should clear customs in a matter of days. I've tracked everything in the DHL system back to the first of May, and only one shipment has needed 3 months.

hey guys, i just found out that the tracking ref to GZ is EXP 04 AUG 2011B the "B" at the end indicate that the shipment is to GZ, through the nvc automatic msg, mine shipped on Aug 4, 2011.. i usually used EXP 04 AUG 2011A, nothing comes up, then i use EXP 04 AUG 2011B, it showed my shipment ship date on Aug 5, 2011, and delivered on 9/15/11, it's more accurate then using EXP 04 AUG 2011A. i hope my case is in that box.

and anyone knows how long it's gonna be after delivered?

Thanks.

well, it'll be delivered into the bonded china customs warehouse,

where it'll sit for 1 to 4 months (again, per treaty - if'n you'll read the contents of the link I posted way up in post #8.

You gots yer calling pattern in, for DoS Hotline, yet?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

NVC approved on 10/21 and it was sent out 10/26 and Guangzhou accepted it on 11/3 (CHINA TIME) I called DOS hotline today 11/03 (US TIME) and they said based on the database, Guangzhou already has my packet now, and now awaiting an interview date, so the DOS hotline told me to try calling in every week till the interview date is put in the system.

Back to Square 1 for me, NVC AVR agent gave me completed Oct 14th, and shipped Oct 20th. in addition to GUZ emailing me today that they have no physical file. and DoS telling me no interview date yet.

The frustrating part is finding my shipment, I tried so many references from even 13th of October to November 7th with even A or B, could not find anything for China, except for the 26th of October and November 1st,

but I sense there should have been more shipments to China that timeframe? the 10/26 and 11/01 packets are just 1 pound and 26th got to the consulate already, so I guess Ill just look at the Nov 1st one till it clears then maybe bother DoS again.

Sorry, Guangzhou didn't accept it - you might have been trying to track something with the DHL Tracking Trick - but for GUZ IV - it never, ever works.

mostly it depends on when it's released from the chinese customs warehouse. typically this is from 2 to 5 months from the time it arrives.

as to 'average' - no, not really.

hey - that's great news [open the casefile]

DoS Hotline will know all, past this one timetick, albeit 24 hours off.

I'll guess she'll have an 'interview date set' within the next 3 weeks, and it'll be 5 weeks out from the 'setting' time tick.
