hello VJ members! We got our I-129f approved last July 6,when my fiance called NVC to ask for the Manila case number, they gave him Abu Dhabi case number instead though i wrote Manila US embassy in the I-129f form.My problem is my residence visa in the UAE will be expired on September 16,2011.Abu dhabi US embassy will be the one who will set an interview for the applicants and until now i don't hear from them yet.If ever there's a delay we will consider to route our case to Manila US embassy. My question is where are we going to make request for our case to be transferred?how long would it take?thank you

You have to request the embassy to forward the case to the other embassy. You must contact BOTH embassys to let them know.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Hi there!

We had mine rerouted also from Abu dhabi to Manila since i went home. The case got approved and i received the notice from AUH for my interview schedule. We called them and asked if the case can be transferred to Manila since i am already in PI and there is no way that i can continue the process in AUH. They told us to contact MNL embassy and ask them to send a request to AUH embassy to transfer my case. We then received an email from AUH embassy that the case was transferred to MNL and wait for 8 weeks for it to arrive. But all in all, it took 1 month 3 weeks for us to receive the notice from MNL embassy that they already have my case and im good to schedule my interview and medical which im going to do on monday. Also, the case number will still be AUH. Its a long wait but i know its all worth it.. :) Hope that gives u an idea.. :)
