Well.. I would think so. However, it does state in the note that you need to report anything EXCEPT traffic tickets...

Traffic tickets. instead of paying the fine,you can just go do time served in jail. Now, the I 485 and the rest have been recently filed(a week). There was one prior arrest record for tickets also, which was filled out on the I 485. so, should it be reported to USCIS(and how would it be reported btw) that there is another jail record that happened AFTER filing? Thanks

A traffic violation where you pay the fine on time does not need to be reported, but the OP went to jail for not paying his tickets. That means a court issued a warrant for his arrest etc.etc. What once was a simple traffic ticket has now become a serious matter. This needs to be reported. You will need to bring your court records and jail records to the interview and let them know there has been a change. They will find out when they do background checks on you anyway, so it won't be news to them.
