I'm talking bars here. There is one place in Alaska (Anchorage) that does not allow smoking in bars.

Good for Anchorage. A lot of bars have closed shut the doors, and hundreds of people from Anchorage drive out to Wasilla and rent hotel rooms and party in our bars spending money. It's been a boom for Wasilla and even more bars have opened up out here seeing how so many peeps from Anchorage are choosing to spend weekends out here to spend their money.

It's called "freedom of choice"...something you don't seem to grasp.

It doesn't matter what you're talking about - the smoking restrictions across your country are wide-ranging. Banning smoking in bars and restaurants appears to be rather more prevalent and widespread than you are making out. Your position doesn't appear to amount to a majority view, contrary to what you are saying.

It is really a function of t, where t is time of flight. The smaller t is, the better chance of occurring a fatality. t is mainly a function of angle of inclination, and distance to target.

And I'm not sure how you keep missing this, but the majority doesn't mean #### in this country. The rights of the few are protected the same as the rights of everyone. That's an American concept and I don't expect you to understand it, but it's what we do here.

Part of the problem is we're getting far too many nanny-staters in this country who feel like hugging trees and kissing unborn babies is something everyone should be forced to do whether they want to or not. The time will come when they're required to revisit that opinion.

So, back to OP. I've read about this actually being several fights amongst the black kids. No surprise there but there is documented evidence of a "large group" of black kids beating a white motorist. Why is this obvious racism not being addressed by the rhyming reverands?

Time of flight for a projectile going up, up, waaaaaaaay waaaaaaay waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay up there and then all the way back down almost guarantees it will reach terminal velocity (and no more!) on the fall back to earth. This can happen at less than a 90 degree angle.

Now, I know you're using the Queen's English and not country folk American English, but either way, it's hard for me to not misunderstand you when you post things like that. Either it's banned or it isn't.
